The Hanson is perhaps our best layout in a home under 2200 ft. The includes all the spaces you could want with gorgeous finishes and a stylish, contemporary-craftsman exterior. The plan starts with a large tiled foyer that allows access to an oversized flex room, an office, and the mud/laundry room connecting to the garage. As you pass under the timber separating the foyer and main living area your eye is caught by a large rock fireplace and beyond it, a beautifully trimmed grid of windows with transom windows above. The kitchen is spacious, with a corner pantry and large eating island, and is open to the dining and great room. Two bedrooms and a bath enter between the kitchen and dining room and an angled patio door leads out to 12' tall covered patio for outdoor living. The master (which will be enlarged on future builds!) includes a beautiful door-less, tiled shower, soaking tub, toilet room, walk-in closet and dual vanities. In all, the Sunnview's open, lighted interior and easy flow combined with appealing elevations make it a favorite.
