We offer pre-priced plans to be built on your lot, bid-build if you have plans, or offer a custom design-build service. If you don't have a lot, we can assist with property inspections to help you make an informed purchase.

Finishes & Contract

We assist you in selecting all finish materials prior to starting from our industry leading suppliers, then fix our prices so that you can have confidence you are getting the home you desire, without cost increases or surprises.

Building & Draws

Our team of professional craftsman construct your home to the highest quality standards. We communicate closely with you through the build, and offer a simple draw and payment system.

Quaranteed Quality

After handing you the keys, we provide a one year warranty for peace of mind. Our team and building partners take pride in our work and stand behind it, because our names are on it.

Finding your slice of paradise can be challenging and we're here to help. We develop residendial and multi-family lots you may like, or assist clients in their search by inspecting lots of interest. By assesing the topography, soil, access, utilities, drainage, and other important elements, we can help you avoid costly errors and make a wise decision.

Finish Selections

All finish materials are selected at our showroom or with our vendor partners prior to entering a contract, resulting in an efficient, hassle-free building process. Our budgets are transparent and allow you see the cost of each line item, helping you make informed decisions on where to save or splurge.

Having material decisions made is critical for us to provide a fixed price contract, and allows us to pre-order all materials, effectively communicate with our subs and suppliers, eliminate errors, and reduce our building timeline.

If making the decisions for your forever home are daunting, we work with fantastic designers, and interior design services are available upon request.

Fixed, Guaranteed Price

Our building contracts are plain-language, fixed-price agreements so you can have confidence your home will be completed as agreed, and on budget. If you change your mind, any requested change orders are executed quickly, so there's no surprises upon completion.

Payments during the building process are simple and easy to manage via an online portal. We submit draw requests for payment every 2 weeks based on the pre-set budget and work completed to date. Unless you request changes, you are guaranteed to pay a penny more than was agreed to, even if there's volatility in the market.

Execution and Communication

With a comprehensive finish schedule in hand, our family, in-house team of craftsmen, and carefully selected team of professional subcontractors construct your home with care, pride, and integrity. We work with some amazing professionals that share our same values and strive to deliver exceptional service and value with a good demeanor.

Regular quality inspections and organized oversight from our management team ensures your home is crafted to a high level of craftsmanship in every detail. Through the process, we accompany you on regular walk-throughs and provide weekly communication and updates to keep you informed of the progress and timeline.

Lasting Value

Upon completion of all punch-list items, we perform a final walk-through with you to ensure each space and finish of your home is satisfactory, then sign a Completion Certificate and submit the final draw request. After receiving final payment, we give you the keys to your new home, along with a one year warranty for peace of mind.

Our team is available throughout the warranty period, but we enjoy having lasting relationships with many of our clients and years later remain happy to assist clients with wear or tear items that may need attention.
